As we enter a new year, we thank God for His grace that has carried us through every season. January is more than the start of a calendar year — it is an invitation from God to pause, reflect, and realign our hearts with His will.
The Word of God reminds us in Isaiah 43:19, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?” This new year is not just about new goals or resolutions, but about renewed faith, deeper obedience, and a fresh commitment to walk in purpose.
At Gates Ministries ATL, we believe this is a season of reset and refocus. God is calling His people to let go of what no longer serves His purpose and to move forward with courage and trust. The past year may have brought challenges, lessons, and even unexpected victories — but God was present in them all. As we step into this new year, we do so knowing that He has gone before us and prepared the way.
This month, we encourage you to seek God intentionally:
- Pray with expectation
- Study the Word daily
- Serve with love
- Walk in unity
Do not underestimate what God can do when you fully surrender your plans to Him. This is a year to strengthen your spiritual foundation, restore relationships, and walk boldly in the calling God has placed on your life.
As leaders, our prayer for you is that this year will be marked by growth, healing, and divine alignment. May your faith be strengthened, your vision become clearer, and your heart remain open to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Let us move forward together, trusting God for greater, believing Him for more, and standing firm in His promises.
With love and prayers,
